研磨文字，铸就文章

——李岳龙获2019年湖南省“我和我的祖国”大中小员工主题读书教育活动征文大赛一等奖
2019年11月23日上午，由球盟会18级会计学专业的李岳龙创作的作品《七秩华诞赋》荣获2019年湖南省“我和我的祖国”大中小员工主题读书教育活动征文大赛一等奖。
趣味阅读，提升写作
“读书是最不应该被功利化的。”李岳龙说道。他认为书不分有用无用，只要是自己感兴趣的内容，都值得一读。《七秩华诞赋》的很多思路和基本知识是来源于他所喜爱的毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论课，他将其中的知识运用到写作中，不仅是对知识学以致用，更是使得文章内涵更加丰富。
选材得当，动笔不慌
“写作时要敢于动笔，敢于迈出第一步”。起初，李岳龙想写成欧亨利式的小说，苦于没有找到合适的题材，就把目光转向了骈体文。他觉得自己的古文写得不成熟，原本有点惧怕动笔，可等真正写的时候，他才发现，自己写得十分流畅，甚至超出了要求的一千字，足足写了两千字才停笔。
积累素材，培养气质
李岳龙习惯晚上写东西，一个人很安静的时候，文字就会源源不断地从脑子里跳出来。他认为，日常积累是最重要的，每天背一点优美的段落、字句，每天写一点随笔，多看一些有益的公众号推送，能够提升自己的文学素养。“李岳龙身上有着古代秀才的气质”，他的毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论课老师杨大容这样评价道。
挑战自我，拥抱改变
通过参加征文比赛，李岳龙提高了写作信心，认识了更多志同道合喜爱文学的伙伴，也充实了自己的老员工活。同时，他还鼓励大一新生尽可能参与此类竞赛，“不管获奖的概率有多小，我相信只要敢想敢做，就可能成功。大一的学弟学妹比我更加年轻，更应该抓住机会挑战自己。”
